The best part of my experience was dealing with Tena Coleman in internet sales. She was amazing. Her response to my online inquiry was super quick. I would highly recommend her. The sales manager and finance manager were less than average. Once the deal was made (which took 2 hours ) I was left sitting in a chair for over an hour waiting on the finance paperwork. Not once did the sales manager come by to see if I needed anything nor did either one of them ever even say thank you for your business. Buying a new car is a big deal. I would like to be treated as a valued customer who decided to spend their hard earned money at your dealership. I am hoping that the service department is a bit more courteous. More
