Secondly, I asked service how much will charge to put my new tires on my truck. I was told $21.75 plus taxes. However, when I picked the truck up yall charged me $16.78. I wasnt told there would be a shop fee until I was paying for the charges. Dont you think landers should have informed the customer there would be a shop fee? That isn't good customer service. More
Service for Check engine light and squeaking belt Service center ran a diagnostic on the check engine light and recommended a part replacement. Additionally they noticed a squeak coming from the fron Service center ran a diagnostic on the check engine light and recommended a part replacement. Additionally they noticed a squeak coming from the front of the motor. Recommended checking that also. The service tech Craig Noteboom explained the process and got me into a rental car. Explaining that the work and car would be under warranty. Craig kept me updated on the status of the repairs. The only complaint would be the length of time that the dealership had to take to get a replacement water pump (source of the squeak). Craig explained that it was a National backorder on the part. Overall positive satisfaction. More

From our first conversation to him handing over the keys it was great. Told him what I wanted and he found one in Norman Oklahoma on a Friday and I was driving it Monday morning. The vehicle service department is very misleading, deceptive, not transparent at all. I took my 2017 Chrysler in for service. Passenger side blows cold air and not heat. I was lied to stating the issue has been resolved also my transmission has been jerking. This has not been resolved either. I filed a complaint with Dustin “a manager” He did little to resolve the issue and stated he wanted me to talk to the General Manager “Ivan” Ivan never came out of his office and did nothing to resolve my vehicle and service issues. To any consumer wanting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership just keep in mind that there’s many dealerships in the state of Arkansas that sell the same type of vehicles. Don’t get swindled by their misleading and misrepresented sales and service “lies” Buyer Beware! More
