Three days not three weeks ! I had a contact at another local Ram dealer and I visited them, explaining everything I wanted on a must have list for a 2018 2500 Ram truck. They sat on that for three weeks, I called every few days to check on the status with no results. I reached out to Steve Landers and talked to Austin Vann and in three days he had found the exact truck I was looking for, and even though it was in Michigan he had it here in Little Rock ready to go in just a few days. My salesman Zvi Katz was the nicest, respectful car salesmen I have ever worked with, he even took my calls and worked on my deal on his day off ! The back office finance guys were great and were able in my opinion to match me with an outstanding financing package. I run my own business and only give kudos when deserved.
