The dealership was very clean and everyone was very friendly but I waited 3 days for the truck I was wanting to purchase to be detailed and cleaned and all the fluids changed. They fixed 2 Minor chips friendly but I waited 3 days for the truck I was wanting to purchase to be detailed and cleaned and all the fluids changed. They fixed 2 Minor chips in the paint but not the other 2 I pointed out. They did not change the oil or air filter, they did not take care of the trailer brake trouble code and my sales man lied to my girlfriend about a few things. I was aware that they are short staffed and that was no problem but in the 2 trips I took up there but there's no excuse for lying about anything. More

I called to get a quote on battery replacement. The quote was emailed to me for around $159.00. My husband brought the truck in and waited for the repair. When it was time to pay he was informed that the cha was emailed to me for around $159.00. My husband brought the truck in and waited for the repair. When it was time to pay he was informed that the charge was $171.00. He told the service rep that our quote was lower than that. The rep checked the system and said actually it's higher at over $200.00. My husband went ahead and paid but then advised me of what happened. I called several times and even sent emails. I spoke with Richard Nelson who said that a manager would call me back. This never happened. I called Richard again requesting help and he always stated he would have someone call but nothing. I eventually gave up trying. This was an expensive lesson to learn. I will never do business with this dealership again. More
