If you cant get it fixed here, just take it to another one. I showed the dealership an update on my 2019 Ram that the dealership is supposed to fix under warranty. My dealership said, they don't get paid for i I showed the dealership an update on my 2019 Ram that the dealership is supposed to fix under warranty. My dealership said, they don't get paid for it and I would have to take it up with Corporate. So I did. They attended to call Steven Landers Jeep Ram numerous times and they would call corporate back. Corporate advised to take it to Campbell in Bryant. I did and they fixed the issue under warranty like the paperwork said. I don't know why I am so many issues with Steven Landers Jeep Ram but Im using Campbell Ram in Bryant now. More
