Ongoing muffler problem I have had an ongoing problem with my 2015 Evoque’s muffler. Land Rover fixed it free of charge the first time a baffle inside it “broke” and started I have had an ongoing problem with my 2015 Evoque’s muffler. Land Rover fixed it free of charge the first time a baffle inside it “broke” and started making a rattling, vibrating noise but tried to decline fixing it when it recently reoccured a second time. Luckily Sean persisted on my behalf to get them to fix it again. Hopefully it will not break a third time. I greatly appreciate Sean’s assistance in dealing with this issue. So while I am not happy with Land Rover’s attempt to shirk their responsibility to fix this ongoing defect, I am giving Sean 5 stars for advocating for me. More

Service Manager Todd Nelson My first time ever having my LR towed to a dealer I was not familiar with. It has been great because of Todd. The best news is that it’s in the warranty period. I can only say that because of him I will service and buy my next ROVER here! More
Horrible.. per Dealer's service manager referral What a disaster Im dealing with as a result of Service Manager referring me to a local shop for a costly timing chain repair ($5000+) as I was told th What a disaster Im dealing with as a result of Service Manager referring me to a local shop for a costly timing chain repair ($5000+) as I was told this shop has a certified RR tech. As they told me in person on Jan 23rd, (I couldnt get a return call, so I went in person) the first available appointment would be 6-8 weeks out, which I didnt have 6-8weeks, my check engine light was already on for a week. While there I asked for pricing on the repair, and had gave service manager all the parts numbers (about 20) per the timing chain kit. His feedback, ill get with our parts guy and get back to you, that never happen. So I went to the referred shop on Jan 24th and car went in on Jan 25th for timing chain repair, needless to say, they destroyed my car, after having it a month. I ended up needing a new engine, and 2 weeks later went back in for fuel injector seals (which should have been replaced prior) and now, im dealing with another issue. The money ($6500+), and the months of lost time and its still not 100% repaired. Im beyond frustrated when all of this could have been avoided however the service manager at Land Rover didnt see me, or the urgent needed re] oll no5hp0hun 3l 5-6weeks65pair as a priority as Ive owned my vechicle for 5 years and had taken it to this dealership for years, I waps a loyal customer and this was what I got in return. On another note, theres a tech, John who is very very knowledgeable and is a true asset hes done repairs when I could get an appointment and have never had any issues or worries. The poor customer service and bad referral I would never reccomend anyone visit this service department unless you have time to waste. 😏 I wish the owners would reach out as I feel the situation Im left dealing with unacceptable per a referral that came from there Service Manager - pure crap for a prior loyal customer! More

He was able to accommodate us right away and work swiftly to get us new brakes and tires and get us back on the road in no time. His pricing was fair and he and the service crew worked through lunch to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We are very grateful that they took such good care us and kept us comfortable while we waited. Thank you Sean and to all the service guys who got this done so efficiently. We are very grateful! More
NEVER RCVD TAGS/TITLES on either vehicle purchased 3/22/18 I am extremely disappointed....never contacted to inform me of an error in submission, after I made several attempts (calls, emails, left messages, et I am extremely disappointed....never contacted to inform me of an error in submission, after I made several attempts (calls, emails, left messages, etc)my tags and titles for both vehicles expire 5/20/18, GM promised to take care of this..since Tara who is in charge of this area, never returned my messages ..I feel like I'm playing tennis....telling me to contact NJ DMV, and I did and they said it was not properly submitted.....and they were correct! STILL WAITING! The purchasing experience was great,then again it was cash purchase on two vehicles. This is extremely frustrating, esp. when I am being promised to have updates and an overnight delivery......last week! More

I actually dreaded buying a new car, but Chris Cuthbert, sales representative at this dealership made purchasing my 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport the best experience ever!!! It was easy and fun at the same time. We looked at Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, and Land Rover. Chris has excellent salesmanship skills and product knowledge of the Land Rover models. He is low key with thorough follow up and follow from our initial meeting through our purchase last week. Just a very positive experience including a final price for the car. My next car will be a Land Rover model from Land Rover of Wilmington. Wilmer, the owner even stopped by during our sales search to say hello and introduce himself. Best experience ever!!! More
