I recently switched to Land Rover West Houston after not getting satisfactory service at another dealer. Not only did they go out of their way to address my service issues in a timely manner, but they also getting satisfactory service at another dealer. Not only did they go out of their way to address my service issues in a timely manner, but they also identified a couple of safety issues that needed to be immediately addressed. Promise kept: Appointment schedule 2 weeks in advance because a loaner car was needed. When I didn’t show up on time for the scheduled service due to an unforeseen situation, I received emails and a phon because a loaner car was needed.
