From the moment I inquired about the purchase of a new Range Rover Velar and putting a deposit on the vehicle that I wanted to the frequent status updates on the deli every date to to the day Bronson sent me a video of this beauty rolling off of the truck and actually driving off of the lot in my vehicle. It has been amazing Bronson Hilliard and Melissa Sanchez were a dream team and I am now the proud owner of a 2022 Velar! I couldn’t be happier. They were very welcoming and Bronson has continued to follow up to ensure all is well in the days after my purchase! More
I purchased a car from this dealership in April of 2021. I’ve had severe maintenance issues and have had it into the dealership or other Land Rover dealerships seven times. After their service tech failed t I’ve had severe maintenance issues and have had it into the dealership or other Land Rover dealerships seven times. After their service tech failed to fix my issue after two separate trips in; I was told to reach out to Aubrey Cook the Service Manager. I am now 23 texts, 9 calls and still ZERO follow up on my issue. He has stopped responding and is pretty much no longer helping in my giant lemon of a vehicle. It seems with this dealership that when they can’t fix, or have a solution they stop communication all together. Do NOT buy here. The true test of a dealership is how they respond when there is an issue. This place is terrible. Don’t buy from them as if there is any issue they’ll abandon you at the first chance they get. I’m filing a claim tomorrow with the BBB, Attorney General of Texas and exploring my legal options as this vehicle I bought is a giant xxx. More
