For the informed buyer with options, please considering going elsewhere for service and/or sales this location lost my trust. Now that I know what to expect from this dealership, I will not be allowing them to touch my vehicle any further, and strongly suggest you consider doing the same. The dealership took no accountability for the issues, lack of process, and errors that occurred with my vehicle. The entire dealership staff seriously need training! Here are my details, and it really only tells a portion of my discontent with this dealership. I purchased a 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque on November 12, 2022. My expectation of a certified preowned (CPO) vehicle is that there to have been some level of recent checks and all matters addressed before sale is final. In my case, I had to return my newly purchase CPO vehicle three days later to replace the battery and again on November 19, my vehicle went into repair for a taillight that was receiving water and causing it to go out. My vehicle stayed in service until December 28. The dealership did not offer any remedy, and the service manager provided no comfort. I am not even sure my vehicle was even started during its over 30 days stay. The expiration date on my temporary tags was dated January 11, 2023. While I tried calling multiple times to my sales rep (JP) with no responses on when my tags would be available. Imagine my surprise today (Jan 10, 2023), when going to get a renewed temporary tag I find out that my license plates have been sitting waiting to be put on my vehicle since December 9. However due to their lack of policies, no one contacted me and their recorded didn't even reflect properly. This all goes to clear understanding of how to mismanaged their processes are at this dealership. They lack accountability and real oversight, which does not build confidence in customers that matters are being handles appropriately . What other mistakes are they making, can they be trusted? This dealership should be reviewed by Land Rover to determine if they actually meet the brand expectations and it is quite unfortunate that I’ve had to deal with so many levels of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, inconsistency and full on disrespect by this dealership. I called the dealership because I was due for a service. They scheduled me weeks out for a routine service. In spite of having an appointment at 10:30 am they still didn’t have a loaner and was supposed to They scheduled me weeks out for a routine service. In spite of having an appointment at 10:30 am they still didn’t have a loaner and was supposed to call me when one came in but never did. I called later in the evening to follow up because I heard nothing from them and they said one had come in but forgot to call me. When I dropped the car off my service person wasn’t there and they gave me a dirty loaner and acknowledged it was dirty when giving me the keys. It was for 1 day although unacceptable I didn’t have a choice. I either take the car or wait more weeks. When I returned the car my service person wasn’t there again and the lady that I dealt with was not nice at all. They didn’t tell me anything about what was done and I didn’t receive a single report about what was completed, what needed to be done in the future, or even when my next service was needed??? I have owned many luxury cars BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Alfa Romeo, and Land Rover and refer a lot of business to dealers. All of the dealers regardless to my specific service rep being there or not, review what was done and provide documentation as to what they did. The long service waits, lack of attention and courtesy is confusing because all the other brands are able to do it and all of them are much busier than Land Rover. This is not the first time I experienced this type of service from this same dealership. More
I was insulted by the car appraiser. His best line was you could sell the car somewhere else for more but you would be ripping them off.
