HELPFUL March 02, 2023 USED TO B GREAT WHEN JOSE B. WAS there , because he was very knowledgable of my landrover. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE SERVICE MANAGER —instead the got rid of him (probably becaus WAS there , because he was very knowledgable of my landrover. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE SERVICE MANAGER —instead the got rid of him (probably because new guy felt threatened). NEW SERVICE MANAGER knows nothing, about my car AND THE BROKE MY CAR DOING RECALL WORK, but he was not willing to evaluate and correct problem. So dont trust him!! Then he charged me $85 for new gas cap that I didn't need as if that would fix it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! And plan to report them to LR USA. LESS by leopardmermaid PRICE TRANSPARENCY WORKMANSHIP SERVICE TIME SERVICE COMMUNICATION RECOMMEND DEALER NO NO INE EVER EVEN RESPONDED TO THAT PIST!!! And then went back 3 times for repairs AND LAST TIME THEY LOST MY KEY!!!! OF COURSE THEY DENY and claim they left it in the car. But did NOT. So now I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD PAY for the new key which is close to $1000. Im scheduled to go back FRIDAY 5/12/23 which will be 4th trip(200miles) NO ONE WILL give me Gen managers name or I would contact him directly. BUT IT IS MY OPINION THEY SCREWED UP MY CAR WHEN I TOOK it in for recall work. THEY SHOULD PAY FOR REPAIRS AND FOR NEW KEY. If they didn't OWE ME, I would just return to THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECEIVE AT AUSTIN LANDROVER. I only switched to save on milage. Ive tried Houston North but they jack up prices and the place on 59 wouldnt special order my car SO I BOUGHT IT IN NM and then they stole my CHROME tag holders. IN GEN LANDROVER US A GREAT CAR BUT (except for Austin) THE SERVICE SUCKS More
