I am extremely disappointed with the service department. I only have my car for about 3 months. I dropped it off Saturday, September 30, 2023 for an oil change, staff was friendly and I got my car back with I only have my car for about 3 months. I dropped it off Saturday, September 30, 2023 for an oil change, staff was friendly and I got my car back within 45min. Drove off for about 35min down the road to have a warning came up that the incorrect DEF (diesel exhaust fluid) quality was detected and that I only had 289 miles to go before my engine shuts off. The car was fine prior to dropping it off for an oil change, I find a too much of a coincidence that this happened after they touched it. I called and brought the car back, after I might add that they kept ignoring my calls and giving us the ran around. Went there anyways in person to drop off the car. Once I got there they didn’t know what to do. It has been over a week, I don’t have my car, they won’t provide me with a loaner and my husband and I have to be the ones reaching out to get updates. They said they ordered the parts that is needed it to have the car fixed, they keep telling us that it will arrive in a couple of days, it has been over 4 days, now the shipment have arrived supposedly today but one of the parts didn’t arrive with the shipment. We paid a lot of this car to have to deal with this. I would have expected better from such a luxurious brand. They are very friendly and polite but that doesn’t get my car back and fixed. Still don’t have my car or a loaner. Very very disappointed!!!! More

I visited Land Rover Sudbury today for the first service on my Defender. I dealt with Bryson Paulding, and my experience with him was top notch. Bryson handled my visit with full disclosure as to all that w on my Defender. I dealt with Bryson Paulding, and my experience with him was top notch. Bryson handled my visit with full disclosure as to all that was being done to my vehicle, as well as getting me on the road in a timely fashion. I live much closer to another Land Rover dealership, but choose to do business in Sudbury because they treated me properly at time of sale, and even more importantly at time of service.
