They got me in but service took longer then excited. They waived the labor charges which was really amazing and awsome customer service. When I went to pick up my car at 5:30 they said it was being clea They waived the labor charges which was really amazing and awsome customer service. When I went to pick up my car at 5:30 they said it was being cleaned, by 6:15 i went up to see if they were done. When I drove off I noticed it had not been washed as the windshield was still dirty and al my floor mats were missing. It took days for them to find them and get back to. Communication is spotty at best and it felt like they thought I was lying about the floor mats until they finally found them. Still don't have them back More
