I was in a bind and needed my car looked at. Another local River dealer pushed me away because I didn’t by my car from them. I call Land Rover in Sudbury on a Sunday and they were very welcomi Another local River dealer pushed me away because I didn’t by my car from them. I call Land Rover in Sudbury on a Sunday and they were very welcoming and helpful to have my car taken care of. I really appreciate this. I was able to leave my car for a couple weeks. Ryan worked with my extended warranty company and save me a bundle of money. And a great surprise- he had my car detailed and assured me that I’m always welcome at Land River Sudbury. After several communications with this dealer, I made an appointment to see a 2016 Range Rover. When I arrived, the sales manager said they had just sold the car an hour before. I was told they tried to cal appointment to see a 2016 Range Rover. When I arrived, the sales manager said they had just sold the car an hour before. I was told they tried to call me which was a lie. With the info I have, it’s obvious that the car was sold even before I made the appointment to see it. I rearranged my whole day to make the trip there which took up nearly half a day. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership but won’t buy another. More
