I recently worked with Lance regarding the service of my RR Velar. I brought it in due to a check engine light issue…which they identified and resolved…along with working with me on the final cost being I h RR Velar. I brought it in due to a check engine light issue…which they identified and resolved…along with working with me on the final cost being I had some concern as to the work needed with relatively low miles on my car. When I picked up my car the following day, it had been washed, vacuumed and detailed which always makes any service experience more tolerable. I feel Lance and the Service Team in general are very professional and their customer service is impeccable! They will now be my go to RR dealership when needed! More
