Well satisfied My original intention was to replace a 2007 Acura TL, I was tired of getting in and out so low to the ground. My wife owns a Grand Cherokee Limited and I had every intention of getting the same. Body style and curb appeal is what I look for when I purchase a vehicle. I could only find 2 that I really liked and one was the LR Discovery Sport. We headed over to the store on a Saturday, took a test drive, got some figures and then left. The salesman and manager worked with me to get me the trade figure I wanted for my Acura - they also had all of the paperwork and deal ready for me later in the week. I have enjoyed doing business with them so far - the only negative is they said someone would follow up with me on setting up the car's electronics and such - I have not at the point been contacted - not that it matters as most of that I was able to complete on my own. More

Terrible experience with this dealership I traded a 2011 Range Rover for a 2017 Range Rover a little over two weeks ago and this has been a very unsatisfactory experience. The payoff of the l I traded a 2011 Range Rover for a 2017 Range Rover a little over two weeks ago and this has been a very unsatisfactory experience. The payoff of the loan on my trades vehicle has not been made. Additionally, I called several times to get my vehicle linked to the Jaguar and each time have been told someone will call me back, but have heard from no one. It took over three hours to get the original transaction closed, even though the pricing and terms had been agreed to almost as soon as I got to the dealership. They keep making mistakes on the documents, including adding fees I had not agreed to. I must have dealt with at least six different people at the dealership, More

Staff is completely uneducated and wastes your time I inquired about a 2017 HSE. For starters they do not tell you anywhere on their website which models are diesels, so you have no way of knowing when I inquired about a 2017 HSE. For starters they do not tell you anywhere on their website which models are diesels, so you have no way of knowing when you initially inquire about a vehicle. I got an email from Natalie. I told her that I had previously owned a 2015 and had asked what differences if any there were between the 2015 and 2017 models. She proceeded to send me an email with two available vehicles they have. One was a 2017 and the other was a 2015. I asked her some very basic questions more than once and was told that she would have to have Mark Hankins get back to me to answer my questions. Why do I need to talk to multiple people to get answers to the most basic of questions? Then I was passed off to a girl named Sharon. She is a nice girl but seemed so eager to sell something that she could not pay attention to what I asked her for. She also mentioned they had a 2015 available after I also told her that I was not looking to purchase a 2015, but rather that I had owned one previously. She then informed me that the initial vehicle I had inquired about was a 253hp V6 diesel. I told her I did not want a small V6 and asked about a V8 model. She said the V8 was 550hp. She also then sent me a link to a gas V6 that she said was 380hp. Perfect!! That would be the ideal vehicle. I then asked her to send me a list of the other larger V6 models they have, She immediately proceeded to send me more of the smaller 253hp V6 td6 diesel models. At this point I have become so frustrated and so annoyed with the lack of ability to provide what I am actually looking and not waste my time with whatever they feel they can make the most money on. I also find it ridiculous to believe that I need to talk to multiple people to get basic answers to questions. This is a dealership that sells exclusive vehicles and deals with a different type of clientele, yet they run it like any run of the mill used car dump that sells everything. The Flow name is very big in this area and I am appalled that they would allow one of their higher end dealerships to be run in such a manner. They need to start labeling vehicles more clearly on their website so we do not need to guess as to which vehicles are gas and which are diesel because it appears their own employees do not even know. When I purchase a vehicle I want it to be a more personal experience, being passed around to multiple sales people like a church collection basket is the most impersonal experience someone could possibly have. I never even made it down to the dealership to test drive a vehicle and I will not be. Greensboro is the most local dealership for me, but I will happily drive to Charlotte or Raleigh for a better and more personal experience with more knowledgable sales people. More
Immediate Problems with Brand New Land Rover We purchased a 2017 full size Range Rover and didn't even make it off the lot before we had the tow hitch cover falling off and the Bluetooth not work We purchased a 2017 full size Range Rover and didn't even make it off the lot before we had the tow hitch cover falling off and the Bluetooth not working. They wouldn't address the tow hitch cover falling off and had to get their IT person to attempt to fix the Bluetooth before we took the car home. Once home, the Bluetooth continued to not work and less than 48 hours later, a trim piece on the hood of the car flew off in the car wash. Fast forward to four days after purchase when the traction control stopped working and the screen in the center console began flickering on and off. Needless to say, we were furious. The dealership refused to take the car back or exchange it for a different vehicle. We don't expect to pay this kind of money for a car and have this kind of service from the dealership or the car itself. The way we have been treated has certainly been less than impressive and I'd NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
