Will not be back The total lack of customer service and follow through is unbelievable for a dealership that sells and services luxury cars. I own two Range Rovers and The total lack of customer service and follow through is unbelievable for a dealership that sells and services luxury cars. I own two Range Rovers and two Jaguars and trade vehicles often but will not be doing so at this dealership. On recent service visit treated as if I was a nuisance paid $1,300 for a regular service and when vehicle was returned to me had grease on the seats and interior drivers door panel. When I looked at invoice at least two items listed as performed were not done. When I received phone call as to inquire about my service experience and I told them my dissatisfaction I was promised a return call from management which I never received. Was not upset about cost of service I understand the cost associated with this kind of car love my RR and will purchase/ trade in a few months elsewhere. If your looking for good service, good communications and to be treated as a respected customer this is not where you want to do business. More

The vehicle was newer, and came with a manufacturer’s warranty and service deal that really helps when purchasing this type of specialized vehicle. Overall I am satisfied. More

Prompt response I wanted a small to mid sized SUV that would be easier to get in and out of than the car model I had been driving. Because of the issues with my spine I wanted a small to mid sized SUV that would be easier to get in and out of than the car model I had been driving. Because of the issues with my spine shopping the state for a vehicle wasn’t an option. Once I had decided on the landrover discovery sport I shopped online and called a few landrover dealerships. Flow responsed within 10 mins to an email sent directly from a car app on a Sat night around 5pm! I assumed someone would contact us on the following Monday and was shocked to get a call immediately. From that point on it was a smooth process. Juan was excellent at answering all of our questions and making sure we were happy. By Monday afternoon we had agreed on everything and they delivered it to our home 4 hours away on Thursday. Fabian came along to show us how everything operated and the options. We are very pleased with the vehicle and the sales department and the process. More
