Will not do business there anymore. My supercharged was having a intermittently problem.Landrover of Greensboro,NC said there was no code store and need more time,the vehicle been in ser My supercharged was having a intermittently problem.Landrover of Greensboro,NC said there was no code store and need more time,the vehicle been in service three times for the same issue,1st time I paid $175+tax for diagnostic fee. 2nd time I paid $785 for same diagnostic and the 3rd no charge no fix and didn't wash my rover. Rover repaired at another dealership. Landrover of Greensboro do not make the list of best dealer or service. More

The service on my Discovery and the way I am treated as a person and customer couldn't be better. This is my first Land Rover, If other dealerships and service departments had this level of care and professionalism I probably would not have bought a Land Rover. But, here I am and here I stay! A dealership is only as good as the people that work there, regardless of the car's badge. The people are a reflection of the Managment, this Land Rover dealer has both good people and apparently good management. I highly endorse them. More

Very nice people - but their service is very expensive I was a loyal customer with Flow throughout the warranty of my vehicle (5 years) and had no complaints. However, that all changed during my recent se I was a loyal customer with Flow throughout the warranty of my vehicle (5 years) and had no complaints. However, that all changed during my recent service visit to Flow Land Rover. During my visit, I waited 3 hours for a check-engine light diagnostic that cost $200, including tax. Following my visit to Flow, I immediately went to Autozone for a second opinion. Autozone provided the same diagnostic service in less than 10 minutes... for FREE. Being held hostage for three hours for a 10 minute engine diagnostic is unconscionable. I am a finance consultant my time is also worth money. I charge $300 per hour, which means my time lost was worth $900. Finally the parts & labor repair estimate was over $2,000. I was able to visit an independent service garage who performed the repair service for less than $1,000, including parts, labor & taxes. I've been a loyal Flow customer since I purchased my Range Rover Evoque in 2013. However, I will never go to Flow Land Rover for service ever again. Again, Autozone did it for free in 10 minutes. With Flow, I paid $200 and waited for 3 hours. Please note, I complained to Flow and asked them to refund my $200. They were very prompt to ask for my opinion on the service (which I've shared here), but I never heard back from them when I asked for a refund. More
