"Best Car Buying Experience" My wife and I had the best car buying experience with Juan and Michael. The customer service they provided with this purchase was above and beyond any My wife and I had the best car buying experience with Juan and Michael. The customer service they provided with this purchase was above and beyond any other service we have had from other dealerships. They went out of their way when the vehicle we was looking at was purchased by someone else that was already looking at it, with a vehicle that they had in the back of the dealership. It was also 15 minutes before their closing time (which we didn't realize until after the fact) when we decided to start looking at the numbers. Michael nor Juan even once made us feel like they was ready to get home and they continued their excellence customer service by not only bringing the vehicle from the back to up front so that we could see it, they also went above to show us newer rims in the service center that they pulled off the rack themselves for an upgrade that we took. It was well after closing hours when we closed the deal and signed the paperwork and we walked away happy, never felt pressured, and amazed at the customer service both of them provided. I will definitely be recommending people to buy a vehicle from Juan and Michael. More
