I arrived on ti LR-Charlotte is very accommodating appointment-wise, which I appreciate. However the service manager Mr. Buss needs an assistant or 2. I arrived on time for what was to be a 1 hour brake replacement. It was nearly noon when I was told my car was ready. I understand service times are approximate, but when I have other appointments (and even if I DON’T) I don’t think it is reasonable to have to wait three times longer than I was told to expect. Mr Buss is frequently juggling at least four other customers and I am of the opinion that adding another service advisor would likely ameliorate this problem. More
