amazing service! dropped off one of our vehicles for regular maintenance and mentioned I had received notification of a recall on our other vehicle. the service pers dropped off one of our vehicles for regular maintenance and mentioned I had received notification of a recall on our other vehicle. the service person offered to have the first vehicle driven to our home after service was completed, using the valet service, at which time, they picked up the second vehicle, performed the recall and returned it to my home. I thought I was going to spend the whole day ubering back and forth to the dealership, dropping off and picking up cars. this service MADE MY DAY! We have an additional vehicle, purchased from another dealership but I am encouraging my husband to replace it with one from Land Rover Charlotte solely due to the level of service provided. Easily one of the BEST experiences purchasing a vehicle of all time.
