I had a much better experience than going to Land Rover San Antonio. Lorena displays a very good work ethic and goes above and beyond any experience I have had since owning Land Rovers. When my Disco could not be repaired in the day it was supposed to, she sourced me a courtesy car that was off location. So I could still have a means to pick up kids from school. More

Lorena was an outstanding service advisor. The dealership however needs to adjust prices to market rates. $300 for an oil change plus shop charges is a bit excessive when I can get one locally The dealership however needs to adjust prices to market rates. $300 for an oil change plus shop charges is a bit excessive when I can get one locally for under $100 out the door. Lorraine, Victor, and Miriam were incredible! Lorraine went over and above her job. I might have been frustrated with situation and showed it but not once did Lorraine get upset with me or lose b Lorraine went over and above her job. My vehicle was not even touch after being in the service department for a week. I was not aware until I called to check the status of my vehicle. No follow up was provided even after I made contact with t department for a week. I was not aware until I called to check the status of my vehicle.
