It's always nice to arrive at Land Rover of Boerne, Agustin immediately met me and did a quick check on my vehicle. I took it because a light indicated the need for service soon, when starting it took Agustin immediately met me and did a quick check on my vehicle. I took it because a light indicated the need for service soon, when starting it took longer than expected and whatever the case may be. Agustín showed me extraordinary wear on one end of the tires and suggested an alignment. When the technician checked, he noticed that the alignment was not possible due to worn bearings and apparently a suspension arm. In general everything is fine, although it does not exceed the extratospheric amount of spare parts and labor. An extended warranty would be nice if they offered it. More

My experience was not favorable. Communication was poor and it took a long time to get my vehicle. When I did receive my vehicle it was not detailed as promised. There was standing water inside the spare tire compartment. I was told that a ceramic coating was applied; however, it doesn't look like it at all. I purchased the extended warranty and according to the service provider I was supposed to receive a PIN from the dealer. I asked several times about it and didn't receive anything from them. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the infotainment center was malfunctioning. Since I only had the vehicle a couple of days the warranty company told me to take it back to the dealer. I called them and they basically said it's not their problem. Finally, I had speciality military license plates. I told the finance guy that when we were doing the paperwork. He said all he needed was a copy/picture of the plates and they would be transferred over. We'll today I received regular old plates...again with no explanation. More
