I sent this feedback two days ago already: 'Routine, scheduled service took over 5 hours with no loaner cars available. Two tires were suggested to be replaced although one was fine, which the tech confirmed after I questioned him. I have already replaced two tires with your dealership and he couldn't tell me if one of those was the damaged tire. I have warranty coverage that I bought through you but he didn't even check that, I had to tell him to. I asked my sales councilor to look into trading the car in and buying a new one and he was told that he couldn't get any info unless I went all the way through making a deal on a new car. Since changing ownership service at this dealership is declining rapidly, my experience with both Lincoln and Ford in the past was superior to service I have received here. I am disappointed, this is not at all what I expect from Land Rover. ' More

Yesterday afternoon, within 24 hours of getting the car back from the dealer after a 12 day stay, on the highway, the engine started kicking on and off, felt like a hard gear shift, but I was cruising the back from the dealer after a 12 day stay, on the highway, the engine started kicking on and off, felt like a hard gear shift, but I was cruising the same speed. The A-null-sign-35mph indicator on last photo showed up. Then on highway I'd give it gas, engine would Rev, but mph stayed the same. Then check engine light came on, engine felt struggling to get home, with choppy gear shifts. Then cameras then went out, which were also examined and supposedly fixed when car was at the dealer. Barely made it home. Having it towed back today. I cannot give you guys a stellar review unless this poor outcome is rectified. And because it all happened within 24 hours of being told everything was fixed and in working order, I would like the dealer to provide me a loaner until these mistakes are rectified and my car is safe to drive. This is too much hassle and I'm considering a new car. At this point "excellent service" would mean timely fixing of my car and provision of a loaner, since my car broke again within 24 hours of return being told it was road worthy and fine. More
