Service advisor was good, the only issue I would say is she should be clear on the amount due that is out of pocket. I asked twice and was told $1400 when I picked up my car it was $1769. On March 21st my wife and I came in to see a pre-owned Rover. It was raining outside so we couldn't get a great look at the exterior but liked the interior and took a drive. Arty had Timo introduce himsel Rover. It was raining outside so we couldn't get a great look at the exterior but liked the interior and took a drive. Arty had Timo introduce himself and I explained I was leaving town but would be there Monday the 25th to buy the car and he said it was fine. Car was not ready but Timo had Arty send a message over the weekend saying they couldn't hold it. I was pretty upset and texted Arty that Timo gave my wife and I his word the car was ours. We scrambled to get there Monday and the car was not even ready. We never got to see the car again until we signed and paid and two days later had to come and pick it up. When we returned we realized there were dents all over the car. We contacted Arty to see if the dealership will rectify it and he is checking. Completely disappointed More
