I have been a Range Rover purchaser of Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles, six times beginning in 2007. All vehicles, until now, were serviced by a single dealership, although two were purchased Range Rover Sport vehicles, six times beginning in 2007. I took the vehicle to Alexandria, now at a far superior location, and was DELIGHTED by the experience and relieved to not repeat my experience at the previous service provider. The dealership location and access were also a huge plus. More

I would have enthusiastically given 5 stars for this visit, but the online scheduling process was a bit frustrating. I wasn’t able to select the oil/filter service I needed on the website and the chat feature wasn’t effective, so i had to wait a few days until I had time to call the service department and schedule over the phone. The overall customer service was fantastic from that point forward. I hope to get Tom as my service advisor again next time.. More
