This is a service review. I really liked that service was prompt and all issues were recorded and noted. The service was indeed prompt and curtious,. I believe that everything was performed, but there was not a service report provided, only the bill. This should/must be corrected and provided, on the inspection, were the brake pads inspected and noted? Were the tires rotated and balanced, aligned (as requested) but where is the report? Filters were recommended, yet some were replaced earlier—why did they not see this? The most important issue, why in the world would service deliver a serviced vehicle with a low pressure warning in the tires to the customer when the customer asked to clear, fix, and reset warnings—is this not their JOB?….please make sure this is corrected in the future as this is indicative of service not being performed therefore, what else is not being performed. A detailed service report should be provided like other reputable dealships provide. Please contact me to acknowledge this will be rectified. My rating is based on correction of the major issues of reporting to the customer. More

My Land Rover representative was Layla Barnes. Ms. Barnes was very helpful and respectful in helping me with the purchase of my truck. I drove from Denver and we both stayed in contact on the dr Ms. Barnes was very helpful and respectful in helping me with the purchase of my truck. I drove from Denver and we both stayed in contact on the drive. As soon as I drove in the lot I seen the truck. It was washed, detailed and ready for me. It also had gas in it for my return trip to Denver. I want also mention the young gentleman that gave me a ride to Enterprise Rental so I could return the rental car. He was very professional. Our salesman Peter Stokes was polite, patient, knowledge, and courteous prior to the sale. He worked with us on several options and was able to work with our trade in to get a deal done. After the sale and courteous prior to the sale. He worked with us on several options and was able to work with our trade in to get a deal done. After the sale the attitude at the dealership was less than desirable however. We spent well over thirty minutes sitting around waiting for the finance manager to review the paperwork on the cash deal and then were ushered into their office for the up sale pitch. Literally fifty pages of initials and signatures and another thirty minutes passed before we were able to leave. Waste of everyone’s time after the sale and not an enjoyable experience at all. More
