I actually have two reviews. 1st one I was made to feel like I was bothering them by a women in service. I was the only customer at the time and felt like I was asking too much to get an estimate for a sim like I was bothering them by a women in service. I really don’t know where to begin to express my pleasure with dealing with Lancaster Toyota and Kathleen Flichman (salesperson) my wife and I dealt with. Before visiting your dealership, we visited Hanover with dealing with Lancaster Toyota and Kathleen Flichman (salesperson) my wife and I dealt with. Before visiting your dealership, we visited Hanover Toyota and experienced a complete nightmare. The salesman we talked to was absolutely not there to help us in any way. The only info we received from him was what we asked. He did nothing to explain anything about the vehicle unless we asked him. We were referred to you by our daughter (Shannon) whom I must say is an excellent mechanic herself at her job. She has sent a few people to your dealership, some who did end up buying. I really hated to think of going through this again with the salesman part of it. How wrong I was! We were fortunate enough to have Kathleen whom I cannot say enough about What an asset to your company!!! After talking to her for the first 5 mins she made us feel like we were part of her family She answered all of our questions with true knowledge of the product she was selling. It didn’t matter to her how long we talked about the vehicle, she was there for us and it really did show that she loved her job. Friday (June 26) we purchased and picked up our brand new 2020 RAV4 XLE. She along with our finance officer and the entire Lancaster Toyota staff did an excellent job having it ready for us to go. However Kathleen stayed behind after hours to show us the features and operation of some of the features that we needed help with. What a true salesperson she was. We would recommend Kathleen and the entire staff of Lancaster Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
