I was very disappointed in the sales department. After emailing with a sales rep, an appointment was scheduled for a test drive. The vehicle I initially inquired about had been sold, but I was assured the emailing with a sales rep, an appointment was scheduled for a test drive. The vehicle I initially inquired about had been sold, but I was assured they had the same models in stock. When I arrived, the sales person told me he had just printed out my information 5 minutes before we arrived. They never checked to see if they had the vehicle we wanted to test drive in stock. They did not seem to care about our business at all. We were offered no apology, especially after we wasted our time to drive out to the dealership with a set appointment. More
