Our service Advisor made us aware of how long it should take and the cost. We also needed tires which they took care of. We were shown to a very pleasant and clean waiting area with complimentary coffee while waited. Our service advisor kept us updated as to the progress and again when we were done. They offered to take us somewhere like Park City while we waited if we wanted. I was very pleased with how I was treated and how the car was serviced and would highly recommend Lancaster Toyota for anyone looking for a good place to have their vehicle serviced. More

Purchased 2014 Corolla fully equipped, very well introduced to vehicle & its features. Later purchased 2016 RAV4 fully equipped trading the Corolla. We did not mind the hour ride as service was always excellent and all questions were answered. Still needed another car and purchased, without driving it, another 2017 Corolla, a more modest model, but unlike other automobiles, Toyota has in its lesser equipped models certain safety features that appeal to older drivers. Sales personnel, sales director, finance people all could not have been more accommodating to us, making a major purchase not stressful or being pushed in any way. So, we certainly shall recommend Lancaster Toyota whenever we will have an opportunity. More
