Far below what I expected from Lancaster Toyota I had a question as to why my mapping program was not connecting to my IPhone. Was given an excuse of an update and I need to buy a new iPhone to have I had a question as to why my mapping program was not connecting to my IPhone. Was given an excuse of an update and I need to buy a new iPhone to have it work. My iPhone is 2 yrs old and my car is 1 yr old. I was taken back at that snarky remark. Then I asked why the back middle arm rest was leaning down. I was again given a odd excuse.. I have to lean the seat back to make the middle armrest stay straight. This is not my first new car. Well I stated that seamed quite odd. Service had no other statement except lean the seat back to make the armrest stay straight. Left the service area very very unhappy and confused at their attitude. I know these are not huge issues. Just wanted them corrected. More

Have 46K mikes but warranty does not cover brakes. Said it was not the brakes. Was electronics. (Side note anyone owns a 2018 know electronics are junk ) Went to the salesman that sold me. Said sorry. To bad you could not wait for 2019. They fixed the electronics 😤 More
