I ultimately decided to build a new 2017 truck and found that Gary was very willing and patient as we built multiple truck options until i was happy. I found that being able to sit with him and build the truck at his desk discussing the options and costs was very helpful. Lamoureux was by fare the best to deal who make you feel like family. I don’t remember the actual number of new Ford’s I have purchased, but this year Bill and I had a lot of new technology to go over in that new F150 and he walked me through it all. In this case I can only write an extremely positive review. This is the second vehicle I've purchased through Lamoureux. The fact that I returned is a compliment in itself as is that I've sent several of my friends to them and all have only raved about everything having to do with both sales and service. Starting from the friendly greeting by the receptionists and through the entire experience I could not have been more pleased. My sales advisor, Gary Pion, is outstanding. Based on my previous purchase (3 years ago) and a preliminary telephone conversation he had several Ford Escapes ready to present. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles as well as prices, current discounts and financing. Most importantly, his easy going personality made the transaction very easy, efficient and pleasant. He had me drive the new Escape even though I was coming out of the similar 2014 model. He explained the differences between the two and made sure I was comfortable with both the vehicle and the price. My SUV was ready for me the next day. Dropping off my old Escape was effortless. He was assisted by another sales representative in switching plates and getting an inspection sticker so that he could give me his undivided attention. My experience with the Business Manger as equally pleasant and efficient. Both men answered all of my questions. Gary then spent quite a bit of time patiently showing me how to operate the different systems. He even invited me back after I had some time to drive the Escape should I have any further questions. The two experiences I've had purchasing new Escapes from Lamoureux and Gary have been beyond outstanding. I can certainly say the same about the service department. I absolutely recommend Lamoureux and Gary to anyone in the market for a car. More
