He was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable not like a lot of " sneaky" sales guys out there in the car shopping world. I am one who asks a million questions over and over and he had patience and helped me understand a lot of things about leasing my last dealer never told me about. So I am very excited I picked up my new 2017 Ford Edge with just about every option possible and Love it.. A terrific car buying experience. My wife was in the market for a new vehicle and had narrowed her choices to three which she wanted to test drive. A Ford Edge was one of them and we decided to go to Lamoureux Ford based on their reputation in the local area. We were not disappointed. Bob Parker was a pleasure to deal with and explained all of the features to my wife regarding the 2017 Edge we were in. We explained to him that we were going to test drive two other vehicles and then make a decision. There was no pressure for us to buy as he recognized that my wife wanted drive each car on her list. After we drove a 2017 Honda CRV and a 2017 Volkswagen Alltrack, the Ford Edge was the clear winner in my wife's mind. The color combination and options my wife wanted were not on Lamoureux's lot, however, Bob tracked down exactly what she was looking for and we are now happy Ford customers. I would not hesitate to do business with Lamoureux in the future as well. More

Shelby GT350 - Purchasing our dream car!! My husband, Steve, has always dreamed of owning a Shelby ever since we owned a 1969 Boss 302 back in the 70's. He learned from Gary Pion that Lamoureux Ford was having one built and it would be delivered soon and it had not been spoken for. When it arrived, Gary called and told me that it was in the Showroom. I hesitantly told Steve that it had arrived and he made sure to go and "take a look at it" the next day. This began a series of texts and phone calls to me as he sat with Gary. There was no pressure from Gary whatsoever (it was all from Steve). Gary spent hours with Steve who convinced me to come and check it out. Long story short, Steve's dream car became my dream car as well when I saw it. We picked up the car several days later. Gary and the entire team were excited to see a local couple purchase this very limited car. Gary went over all the features (there are many) and never made us feel rushed. He has welcomed us to return if we ever have any questions. We are extremely pleased with the Shelby GT350 and the whole Lamoureux experience. We highly recommend Gary and the Lamoureux team. More

I called John and told him my qualifiers (red Focus) and he found exactly what I wanted, with the options that were comparable to the car I was trading in. There was no anxiety (Am I being treated fairly? Am I paying too much?) when working with this dealership. Every step was explained in depth, from the sales contract to every item on the car before I drove off. And I know that I am just a phone call away if I have any questions. I feel like the folks at this dealership are friends. The service department is great too! I won't go anywhere else to buy a car or have routine maintenance done. Kudos, Lamoureux Ford!!! More
