My salesman was Bill Thibaud and he went over and beyond what was needed to make sure that I was 100% comfortable with my experience. He even came in on his day off to meet me and installed a back up camera for me. The owner introduced himself and asked if there was anything else they could do for me as I was signing papers. There are some other dealerships out there that treat you like a number. This is NOT Lamoureaux. They personalize your buying experience from the minute you step in the door and for months afterwards. Bill was 100% respectful of our budget and never tried to push us into more than we wanted. After purchase, they followed up several times just to be sure I was happy with everything. The service manager, Kurt Adams was amazing in follow up. I'll never go anywhere else! More

Great Experience Every Time I don't know if people would believe me when I say that buying a car at Lamoureux Ford is a wonderful experience. No one would think that buying a car can be so positive. John Boxshus has once again amazed me. He has provided me with a great new car at the price that I want to pay monthly and keeping me within my budget. I am getting all the new technology with my 2017 Escape but my current payment only increased by $11.00. He makes it work. I tell anyone that is interested in getting a car whether new or used to speak with John. The entire staff treats you as if you were there only customer and they know you as if you were there neighbor or even as family member. I will not go anywhere else because I have such trust in John Boxshus and the people at Lamoureux Ford. The service is exceptional and you will not be disappointed. From the time you walk into their showroom, throughout the selection process, financing, and car pickup, the wonderful team at Lamoureux makes sure you are comfortable and have all the information you need to make the right selection at the right price. There are no sales gimmicks, or high pressure techniques to worry about. This most recent purchase, and F150 for my son, was especially satisfying as it was his first vehicle, and as such, it had to fit into his budget. His requirements are unique from my own, and Gary made sure he understood what he was looking for and had him test drive three different vehicles to make sure we had the perfect fit for him. Once it was time to talk price, Bob was open and honest about our options and we are confident we got the right truck at the right price.
