On the day I had scheduled to pick up the vehicle, Bob Parker had the paperwork ready; he set up my Sync account online; he then took the time to go over each of the many features of the car, which had been detailed to perfection; he sync-ed my cell phone; and he demonstrated the voice-activated navigation system. My boyfriend purchased a used F250 and Bob Parker's input was key to his choice between two used trucks. We were both impressed when Bob Parker got on the ground to look under the truck that he had chosen! We are happy with our experience at this dealership from start to finish, highly recommend Bob Parker as salesperson, and we intend to have our vehicles serviced there as well. More

We were able to find just the right type of vehicle we were looking for on our first visit. We received great "no pressure" sales service with Guz. The customer service at Lamoureux Ford was excellent. Don "Guz" Gaudette was very cordial, polite, not pushy and very knowledgeable about the cars at this dealership. The price was originally a little out of my price range, but Guz and the business manager were able to work with me on getting something within my range. I have had my car for just over one month and I am very happy with it. Guz took the time to show me all the gadgets and when he called as a follow up he very nicely answered a couple questions for me. I have not used the service dept. at Lamoreux Ford yet so I can't comment on that, but if the service dept. is anything like the sales and customer service depts. then I'm sure I will not be disappointed. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to buy from Lamoreux Ford. More
