He was there to assist, not direct us. He listened to what my husband and I were looking for, and addressed us by name, even our 10 year old son. On our way home our son said, "that was fun, those people are really nice"! We purchased a Ford Fusion the next day and met the rest of the team at Lamoureux Ford. Between my husband and myself, we have purchased close to 40 cars in our life. We have been to many large dealerships with all the bells and whistles, but that's not what will get us to be a repeat customer, it's the attention to details, the personalization, and the genuineness of the staff we found at Lamoureux Ford. I wrote the bad review online, at night, and the GM responded within 30 minutes, and I am now completely impressed with them, how professional they are, and just how nice they are. I wasn't even sure they would see my review. Anyway, i have been to a number of dealerships and this is the only one that I can say I even like. I won't even hold the fact that they sell Fords against them :D and am playing with the idea of becoming a Ford person instead of a Honda person. I hear good things about the Ford Fusion! This is the most positive experience we have ever had with any dealer, whether purchasing a used or new car. When all was said and done we received an incredible deal on our new Ford Focus SE, complete with SYNC and Sirius Radio. We have enjoyed these features a lot, and the SYNC feature is a great help. Our salesman, Bill Thibauld, knows his cars and trucks and is very personable. Most of all, he and the dealership have very much a "family feel," and are not pushy. We've only had the car for 5 days, but we really love it, get great mileage. This is our first time buying a car from Lamoureux Ford, but it will not be the last time!
