I talked to John about a new truck when i was in getting an oil change. He asked me a few basic questions about what i liked about the truck i had and any other options i thought i would need in a new truck an oil change. When i was ready to buy i called and went in, John had a vehicle ready for me to test drive that fit what he thought i was interested in. John went over the options in this new truck until i almost new them by heart. We reviewed options and colors that where available in what i wanted, turns out i buy the vehicle he had ready for me to drive. John listens and can read people to give you exactly what your looking for. The vehicle transfer was also made extremely easy, John had all the paperwork prepared, introduced me to the Lamoureux family, owner, finance, receptionist and service personel all where very plesent to talk to.
