This dealership was an absolute pleasure to work with. I went car shopping on one of the hottest days of the year and Guz was right there asking what he could do for me the second I showed up on the lot. He didn't push whatsoever but was available for any assistance needed. I decided to test drive a 2012 Fusion and he took the time to walk me through all of the features before the test drive. I fell in love with the car and purchased it the next day. Guz was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole transaction. He was kind enough to answer all questions while being absolutely polite and nice the whole time. I never felt pressured to make a decision which is so rare. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and they were all pleasant to chat with. I know if I have any problems I can give Guz a call & he'll help me out. The finance department was awesome as well, they explained all of their warranties with no pressure sales. I strongly advise everyone to come here, I live in CT and I am more than happy to drive over an hour to come here instead of the dealership right next to my house. More

I found all of the employees that I interacted with to be friendly and courteous. It was not a typical car buying experience where you are pushed to make a purchase.
