This is my second Escape purchased from Lamoureux Ford. I specifically asked for "Guz", and had to drive all the way from Shrewsbury to E. Brookfeild, when then were several dealers closer to me. This is a small town dealership, with a nice selection of cars. You're treated like they want you to come back. If my new Ford performs the way I was treated there, I'll have no hesitation in buying again from them. More

Let me start my saying that John is a great sales manager and we consider him a family friend. Last week we purchased two cars in the same day and it went off without a hitch. Lamoureux Ford had the exact car I was looking for. I went there for a test drive with all intentions of buying. However I was not happy with the price they gave me and they did not seem to be flexible a went there for a test drive with all intentions of buying. However I was not happy with the price they gave me and they did not seem to be flexible at all. On my way home to Worcester, I decided to stop at another local Ford dealer. They had a similar car with more equipment on their lot. The price gave me right up front was over $1500.00 less than what Lamoureux Ford had quoted me. Plus I got a power moonroof and reverse sensing which was not on the Lamoureux car. The people at Lamoureux seemed nice, however I received the same professional treatment and got a much better price at dealership much closer to my home in Worcester. More
