I started at another dealer and I felt like I was being forced into making a deal I wasn't comfortable with. After leaving that dealer I was sent to Lamouroex to see Derek by my brother-in-law. When I arrived the women at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Derek had the day off but Mark "Koko" was available and made me feel at ease the instant we met. He showed me a white fiesta and when he noticed my unhappiness at the color he spent over 15mins tracking me down one in the color of my choice. Never once did I feel pressured into making a purchase I wasn't comfortable with and he broke down every penny for me! I'm a girl on a budget and he made it work better than expected! When the day came for me to pick up my car Derek was waiting for me with many thanks and a happy smile! He spent over 45mins going over every feature of my car and answering all of my silly questions! He was awesome and helpful beyond measure! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and Derek and Mark "Koko" have a lifetime customer!! More

Lamoureux Ford does not sell a car and move on to the next sale. Learning all about our new Escape Matt Pillsbury was our "teacher" and he did a great job. Could answer all our questions and set the Nav and Sync up for us. Gave us a demo of how our new car can parallel park itself, set up our favorite radio stations and paired our phones. He even took the old stickers from our Edge and put them on the Escape. Basically he showed us everything about the car inside and out. And the best part is we can go to him for a refresher course any time we like !! The paper work was easy also!!! We would highly recommend that our friends go to Lamoureux to buy a car and to be sure to ask for Bob and Matt. MA & David Lougee, satisfied customers ?? More
