WORST SERVICE EVER. Tried to charge me even though I have a warranty. 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Pushy salesman was not happy I did not take their trade in offer of less than half of give me the vin .com and was difficult and not knowledgeable about working with a bank that was not their financing dep in offer of less than half of give me the vin .com and was difficult and not knowledgeable about working with a bank that was not their financing department. I went to Lakeside Toyota to meet up with my salesman Cameron (I purchased two other cars from Cameron) just to look around with no intention to purchase a car. I test drove a 2021 RAV4 just to get the Cameron (I purchased two other cars from Cameron) just to look around with no intention to purchase a car. I test drove a 2021 RAV4 just to get the feel of it because the dealership was expecting a delivery of a 2022 RAV4. I felt so comfortable in the 2021 RAV4 I knew it was the vehicle for me. The trade in price for my 2017 Highlander sealed the deal and drove off with my new 2021RAV4. Everyone—Salesman, Cameron, Financial dept, Jessie, and Max, that I interacted with were top notice—very professional, great knowledge and courteous.
