Troy Campise was the Manager on duty at the time of my purchase and I had the opportunity to speak with him as well as his awesome son, who assisted with the features of the cars I purchased. Lies and bad customer service him took 3 weeks do to our work schedule after being lied to and told he does not work weekends and that he is the only one that can help us. He then Informs us we can pick the ne 15 minutes. My wife arrives to get it done and the service dept tells her that they told Troy Rouser that it will be 2 hours that she has to waste. Troy Rouser then says he can't even get her a loaner car even though he screwed up and lied. He then got rude with my wife when she called him out on the lies. ZERO costumer service after More

(Seri said :any questions came see him.)i came in the morning ,he was not there . i waited for him untill he came .i told him about the conditions with my new highlander .He was so angry with me and trew his books on his desk because i complain my new hignlander. there no any apologies .i really had a bad time with these rude guy. Disappointing & unpleasant I have been a long time customer of this dealership, and am generally happy with the service center. However the sales department has deteriorated over the years. Recently I needed to discuss my current contract with the F&I person. This could have been done over the phone but I was unable to get in touch Mr. Jessie Johnson. I was told that no appointment was needed, so I showed up to find out that he was on one hour lunch break (at 5pm?!) I got intercepted and fiercely attacked by two sales persons and one lease manager who were on a mission to sell me a new car despite my multiple declarations that this was not the purpose of my visit, and I DID NOT WANT A NEW CAR! They effectively prevented me from seeing the F&I, and instead of helping, wasted a whole hour of my and their time. Mr. Raymond Noah who sold me my current overpriced contract, was particularly aggressive and rude. His only concern was that I walked away with a new car on the same day. He used questionable tactics and deceptive information to try to make me buy/lease one. I am now looking forward to discontinuing my business with Lakeside Toyota asap. I would strongly discourage everyone from dealing with them. More
Don't Buy @ Lakeside Toyota, Worst Toyota EVER Went in to Toyota of Lakeside looking for a Camry that was on cars.com for $15,500 with The "Toyota Certified Warranty", was greeted By Will Russ and Went in to Toyota of Lakeside looking for a Camry that was on cars.com for $15,500 with The "Toyota Certified Warranty", was greeted By Will Russ and he was friendly and helpful, and was told cars.com had the incorrect price and it sold for $18,910, they have so many hidden fees and they try to bypass them all and get you to sign before you even realize what you just signed, Feel cheated and screwed over by the Finance Department and Max Amenta The F&I Mngr. We went back into discuss the matter and they basically said thank you for letting us screw you... No Help after you buy anything I Suggest Not Ever Going To Lakeside Toyota!!! More
Great experience! I approached Scott outside of the dealership in a last ditch effort to avoid buying a used car from another dealership that we weren't happy with. I was immediately impressed with Scott's knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism. I explained our situation and asked him about any cars he might have that might fit our needs. While my two small children and I waited in our car outside, Scott was able to not only find me the car I wanted (NEW!),but was also able to provide it to us at the exact price we needed. We had never even considered that a new car might fit into our budget, but Scott was able to make it happen for us. My husband met me at the dealership, we walked inside, filled out a few forms, and walked out with a great deal on an unbelievable vehicle. The other employees there even provided drinks and coloring books for my two kids when they started getting whiny. Most importantly, there was no game playing and deceit like we'd experienced at three other dealerships. All in all it was a quick, painless, and completely satisfactory experience. We're recommending Scott Guillory and Lakeside Toyota to all our friends and family who are in the market for cars! More
Would not recommend. They have a particular salesman, Steve, who will use a tactic called lying...literally....to get you in their dealership. We fell for it twice. Shame on us!! Doesn't surprise me with those approved tactics. If it smells like BS, & it looks like BS, its BS. Putting sugar on BS doesn't make it a brownie. And that is exactly what the management did. If they have to resort to allow a salesman to lie to get a potential buyer in (and then management says he doesn't lie, that's just how he is......WHAT?!?!?!?!) what does that say about the whole dealership in general??? Jean Paul is great! He should get a huge raise. He was always pleasant and helpful. He returned calls quickly and made service easy.
