Their customer service is terrible and the selection of vehicles just as bad. If you have 23 volkswagen taos in stock and 19 of them are bright blue, don't think that's very smart, nor good for business. T vehicles just as bad. I originally brought my GTI in for a suction pump recall, and for a check up on my wheels. They found that the inner rim of each tire was damaged and the inner wiring was exposed. Since GTIs are rare for the and for a check up on my wheels. They found that the inner rim of each tire was damaged and the inner wiring was exposed. Since GTIs are rare for the area, they had to order the tires. I needed to leave my car at the shop because they recommended that I shouldn’t drive it home. However, they provided me a shuttle back to my house, which most dealers won’t do. Once the recall and tires were done (roughly 2 business days) I picked it up and drove it home. I took one short trip to get groceries and when I got home I noticed my car was leaking fuel. They also recommended that I not drive it back so they sent someone the next morning to pick it up and take it back, leaving me a loner car. They dropped off my car a day later. It’s my understanding that either a hose was bent, or a seal wasn’t installed correctly. The whole situation including the weekend was about 5 days. Since I work from home, I don’t have to use my car often so it really didn’t hinder any plans I had. All of this to say that xxxx happens and Lakeland VW was there to help, especially when the recall replacement didn’t quite go as planned. They never once tried to blame me for the mishap, and they took responsibility for it, also a thing most dealers won’t do. All in all, and even though I had to shell out some unexpected money, these guys really went above and beyond. I’ll probably be back to buy a new GTI soon. More
