The sales representatives at this dealership were excellent! It was a no pressure environment with a friendly atmosphere. I would NEVER recommend this dealership!!! I found the vehicle on cars.com and drove over an hour and a half to get to Lakeland VW. Online the description said the car was "certified pre-owned" and still vehicle on cars.com and drove over an hour and a half to get to Lakeland VW. Online the description said the car was "certified pre-owned" and still had warranty on it. A week after purchase, the buttons for the gas cap and the passenger window broke off. I brought the car to my local VW dealership and I then found out that the warranty had expired on the vehicle 2 months before I even purchased it! Also, I found out that the car was NOT certified pre-owned! My husband called and spoke to the manager and he was EXTREMELY rude!! I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone and I will definitely write this review on many other websites. More
