Upon entering Lakeland Volkswagon, I was greated by Jared Miller with a smile. Jared was interested in what I wanted in my car, and didn't try to upsell or downsell the product. I found this very refreshing - that someone wanted me to get what I wanted and not what they had to sell. Jared made sure I understood the buying/leasing process and answered all my questions without hesitation. His product knowledge was extensive, and was well versed in Tiguan options. He made sure I understood the need for scheduled maintenance to keep the car in top performance. After all the papers were signed and handshakes exchanged with finance expert Charles Draper (also very nice), Jared took time to program the Bluetooth and explain how it worked. He also showed me all the other little things that I might have needed to know before I left the dealership. For the record: I had purchased my prior vehicle at this dealership three years prior and received no where near the quality of expertise exhibited by Jared and Charles. I will definitelyhighly recommend Lakeland Volkswagon to my friends and family. More

He has a wonderful attitude and is extremely knowledgeable in the cars he sells. He truly loves Volkswagen and it shows. Even after the sale he called us today to ask if we had any questions and if we did do not hesitate to call him anytime or come by and he will help us out. I would also like to recognize Marina, Internet Sales Manager. My wife was working with her all morning asking questions and working details of the purchase. Which went flawless. This is our second Volkswagen purchase in a little over a year. We wanted to not only buy locally but we know from personal experience how easy the service department is to work with. He answered all the questions my husband and I had and he showed empathy, care, compassion, and concern when he saw that I was not pleased after signing my paperwork. He has called to check up on us and has understood our concerns with the situations we have experienced. A sales person such as Jared deserves many great praises. He would receive a gold star if it was my decision. My hope for the future with this dealership is that I will experience nothing less then amazing service from anyone my husband and I come in contact with. We love our car and have enjoyed having it. I thank Jared Diveley for doing what was in his power to rectifiy part of the situations that I was not pleased with. My wife and I had not purchased a new car in over 10 years. We decided to check out the new VWs at Lakeland Volkswagen. Jose met us at the door and was very helpful and knowledgeable, after check the si years. We decided to check out the new VWs at Lakeland Volkswagen. Jose met us at the door and was very helpful and knowledgeable, after check the size of the Jetta we opted for the larger Passat with the I5 engine. Having some experience with the Audi I5 engines I was confident in the performance and integrity. We had picked a car online and asked if we could test drive it. What a beautiful piece of engineering...Jose covered everything on the car as we drove including the bluetooth link up. He spend even more time back at the dealer explaining safety, performance and technology stuff. In the end we purchased that car. The process was so smooth and the fact that we had not done this for so long made us think we were being "punked" or were on some reality show. It was actually fun to buy a new car!!! More

Lakeland VW had a used 2005 Pontiac Vibe listed on Cars.com that I was interested in. I contacted the dealer using the form on Cars.com. I asked two specific questions. They answered both questions promptly and Marina Nikovic, their Internet Manager, followed up with me the next day on the phone to see if I had any other questions. What impressed me was that they were genuine and did not pressure me one bit about selling the vehicle. I explained to Marina that I would be driving almost 3 hours to come see and probably buy the Vibe. All she asked was if I knew a day and time so they could be ready for my arrival. I made the trip and when I parked my car I was immediately greeted by Jared Miller, my sales consultant I spoke with on the phone. He went and got the Vibe and pulled it around for me to take a look at. Nice touch to get the car and bring it to me. We took a test drive and looked over the vehicle. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. They took a look at my trade while we did the test drive. After telling Jared it was only a matter of agreeing on a price we went to his office to negotiate. Small things like opening the door for me and offering me something to drink really showed me they care about their customers. This deal was pretty easy as I knew I wanted the Vibe and I knew exactly what price I was willing to pay after my trade-in, dealer fee, and other fees. They gave me a price and I told them the number they needed to get to for the deal to happen. One trip to the manager's office and Jared was back to congratulate me on the purchase of my new car :-) No back and forth, just a willingness to make the deal happen even if they did not get their number they wanted. They wanted to gain me as a customer, not just sell me a car. The business manager (sorry, forgot his name) made the whole paperwork process go fast and smooth. They were even willing to let me use my credit card to pay for the purchase after I realized that I had left my check book on my desk back home. The Sales Manager, Jared Diveley, stopped in to thank me for my business. Another nice touch considering the store was getting ready to close and everybody probably wanted to go home to their families. Jared Miller transferred my license plate to my new car and helped me move all my belongings to my new Vibe. It's things like this that really make this dealer stand out as a place I would happily return to buy another vehicle or recommend to my friends and family that are in the market for a vehicle. I say all of these nice things because the big dealership up the street that had another Vibe for sale would not tell me the price of the vehicle, their dealer fee, nor provide me with pictures of the vehicle. They wanted to know what the price of the Vibe I was looking at so they could match or beat that price. It's been over a week and I still have no price, no dealer fee, and no pictures from this other dealership. Hats off to the entire staff at Lakeland VW. Thanks for a great deal on a great car and a no BS approach to the car buying experience! Keep up the great work. More

Mr Colon approached me and asked if he could assist me in any way, I told him that I was in for service, while waiting I was viewing the new Passats. He asked if it would be ok if he arranged for me to drive a Passat while my car was in service? Because he was not pushy or flamboyant I agreed .
