Sales wasn't pushy and very helpful. Other than taking 2 hours to purchancing a car, the dealership was very busy on the day I was there. Everyone was friendly from the salesman to the manager to the finace hours to purchancing a car, the dealership was very busy on the day I was there. We went in to look at the jetta and left with a tiguan because of how much Hiram praised it. He was an extremely friendly and knowledgeable associate and we really liked working with him. I have purchased many autos over the years but have never had as good of an experience as i did on January 8th 2011 at Fields Volkswagen in Lakeland Fl. I was searching all of Florida for a used C6 Corvette had as good of an experience as i did on January 8th 2011 at Fields Volkswagen in Lakeland Fl. I was searching all of Florida for a used C6 Corvette in excellent condition for several months. Many dealerships would not even give me a price (single payment) over the phone or they would but it would change after arriving. I worked a fair price over the phone and even got a quote for my trade over the phone site unseen!! Of course I was honest with the condition of my trade and they didn't try to belittle my trade like so many other dealers had. I simply drove the new car, gave them mine + a check and a signature and drove away. Two things that really made the experience good were 1.they were honest and didn't try any games. 2.ALL OTHER dealerships (10+)were not at all honest and only wanted to play "games". More
