The purchase of the vehicle was very simple and pleasant. Having said that, vehicle had a problem with the hand-free mic. I spent more than 5 hours waiting to be fix and they were unable to do it. When I arrived at the service department. I thought my appointment was on that day for an oil change. I discovered it was actually the next day. Matt didn’t argue with me. Very nice respectful service technician, took my tire order over the phone and gave me a prompt appointment. The service rep was on point gave me his business card and took care of me. I also got to speak to mechanic supervisor who was very nice. A little pricey for my tire issue but excellent experience at the dealer. I may also add while looking at the cars I wasnt harassed or bothered any salesman at the dealership which is a plus. Iam definitely considering purchasing a car at lake land very soon. More
