Very friendly and professional new car purchase experience I went into Lakeland Hyundai for an oil change. Red greeted me with a smile and very pleasant demeanor. Through chit chat I revealed that I was looking for a new car even though I was just there for an oil change, but I was not buying 'today.' My husband was working and we'd have to wait until he was available. No problem, no pressure. I had already done a lot of research. I already have an Elantra, but not trading that one in. I was in the market for a Sonata Hybrid or an Elantra. Long story short, I went with the new 2017 Elantra with tech package. My current 2008 is still in excellent condition and a great ride. The new one is beyond anything I could have imagined. Red worked with me on the price - who doesn't have a tight budget? He was able to get it to a price range that worked for me. As for working with Red, I couldn't be happier. What a genuine, friendly person. I don't like pressuring sales tactics, and he is definitely not one of those types. He simply presents all the options and lets the buyer make their decision. It truly was a pleasure working with him, and it goes to say Red is very knowledgeable about his product. Our finance manager Woody was Johnny on the Spot. Everything was all ready to go when we went in to close the deal, and what a pleasant and professional man. He even got us a better rate than originally discussed. Needless to say I did end up buying the car that day, and was very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Red and Woody (Anthony Givens) to anyone looking for a new purchase. More
