They are awful! ! I took my genesis to them 3 times and always left with the exact same issue 3k lighter in my pocket (never fixed). I bought 2 Audis and it's a sha ! My wifes car just had transmission replaced and now she has more problems when she took it in. I dont know anyone in the finance or sales department but it wouldnt let me go further so those gentlemen are only guilty by association of service. More

Not looking or looking to help me at all . i have bumper to bumper warranty had an issue with a side window shattered in my driveway and they won’t warranty it because the service writer Harold i have bumper to bumper warranty had an issue with a side window shattered in my driveway and they won’t warranty it because the service writer Harold didn’t white it up correctly so with that being said they refused me .and had to pay 837$ us not good customer service at all .after many phone calls with The service manager Bob and customer service Danielle and service writer Harvard ,and actually pointed out the mistake at point of pick up did nothing to help us .They all stuck together I even have pictures of it in my driveway as stated to Harold at time of incident .they refused to see them and basically called me a liar.
