Save The Best for last! I set up appointments for all local car dealerships in Lakeland that day and scheduled Hyundai last. I noticed all other dealerships were not friendl I set up appointments for all local car dealerships in Lakeland that day and scheduled Hyundai last. I noticed all other dealerships were not friendly, did not answer important questions about the vehicles, and seemed to push many options and models I did not want. In short they did not pay attention to my personal needs. As a result if I showed dissatisfaction in a test drive they also lost interest in attempting to maintain integrity and assistance. They were more interested in making a sale then making a customer happy. At the end of the day, I arrived at Hyundai and was treated with courtesy and respect. All employees were totally professional and maintained a high level of integrity. I was so impressed I verified that this was the place to purchase my new vehicle and to develop a long term relationship with this company. Good work! More

Purchased a 2017 Tucson Jonathan was very sweet & pleasant to work with. The deal took 11 days to finish due to finance ( I think Kris was overworked). Finance rewrote the deal and dated it for the end of month. My husband and I both agreed to this deal. The car was not detailed inside and only washed outside. It still has sticker residue on window that I can't get off. I will be bringing it in to have it detailed. More
