Their no pressure sales is welcoming, I've always heard scary stories of other dealerships trying to research and chose to come to lakeland hyundai! As soon as I walked in and was greeted by Brad he made me feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. Its so cliche but honestly made me feel like I was being treated like a friend/family would! As a first time car buyer he made the whole experience amazing. He was patient and understanding and answered all my questions and concerns, plus some I didn't even think to ask!!! The entire experience was fast, laid back and kinda fun! Brad even went beyond my expectations as far as price points and what I was comfortable with, to make sure I got what I wanted and what I'd be happy with, I was almost in denial I could leave with the car I truly wanted that quickly lol I was out of there within 3 hours of the time we got there :) Lakeland hyundai has mine and my families business for life ...no way will I go anywhere else or deal with anyone else after meeting Brad and his team!
